1. Processing personal data
The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. A number of services and plug-ins are used for the website and the operation of the website (www.studiophylicia.com). Below is an explanation about the use of these services and plug-ins.

5. Privacy in general
Studio Phylicia does not collect and process personal data. Personal data is only stored when it has been provided to the customer, consciously.
6. Information collected
We store information for various reasons. Below you can read which information we store about you and for what.
You can ask us questions via the contact form. We ask you to enter your name and e-mail address, and of course your question. In this way we know who the question is from and we can answer your question by e-mail. When you enter your telephone number, we may also contact you by telephone. You are not required to provide your telephone number.
We have to keep accounts for our company. We use an accounting program for this. Here we collect the invoices that have been created after you have placed an order. As a result, your name and address details are known to our accounting program.
We take a lot of photos during a shoot. Now it is up to you to make a selection from all these photos that we have pre-selected. We use a secure online photo gallery for this.
To order a photo album we need the following information: name, address (s), e-mail address. We send this information including the photos to the printer. They have the package delivered by a delivery service. That is why they also need your information (otherwise the package will of course never arrive). We also have your telephone number. If there is something wrong with your order, we can easily contact you.
Photos for portfolio or social media
Of course we take photos with you for our assignment; this is our agreement. We save these photos for our portfolio. If you object to this, you can indicate this. Some photos are used for our online portfolio or for social media. In this way Studio Phylicia can show her work to others. These photos will only be placed in the online portfolio or on social media if you have given explicit permission. We will also ask permission for this if we want to make a demo album with photos of you in it.
7. Basis for processing personal data
To be allowed to store and use your data, Studio Phylicia must have a basis. You can see this as a condition that is required to process data. The basis (s) for us are:
The data e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address are necessary for the implementation of the agreement entered into with you.
The name and address data are necessary for compliance with the legal obligations arising from the tax law.
We request permission to place photos in our online portfolio or on social media.
We have a legitimate interest in sending direct marketing to existing customers and adding photos to our portfolio. With every form of direct marketing that will be sent, we will make a trade-off between our marketing interests and your privacy.
Studio Phylicia cannot do its work without a name, address (es), e-mail address and delivery address. We cannot help you further if you do not wish to provide your personal data. Therefore, no agreement will be reached, which means that Studio Phylicia cannot provide a service. Do you want this? Then you are required to provide your details.
8. Share with others
Studio Phylicia does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide / deliver it if this is necessary for the implementation of the agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on its behalf, Studio Phylicia concludes a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data, as it does itself. Studio Phylicia remains responsible for these processes.
9. How long we keep data
Studio Phylicia does not store your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it collected your data. The retention period (s) are:
The data required to comply with the administrative obligations arising from legislation and regulations are, after completion of the assignment, retained for 7 years after the invoice has been paid.
All other data, which is not stored for legal purposes, will be deleted one year after completion of the agreement.
10. The rights of you
You have the right to view, correct, delete, and transport the stored personal data to another company that needs your data, to minimize only the data that is required and you have the right to object against saving the data. However, Studio Phylicia has no influence on the use of data by social media channels.
